Unable to flash NVME on Jetson Orin AGX

Hello,
I am trying to flash Jetson Orin AGX dev kit on NVME but I got this error.

Any advice?
I have tried different USBs but without succeed.

can you please dump the full log and also serial console log?
Is is a DevKit or a custom carrier board?
