# Unable to install jetpack on Orin devkit p3710

Hi,

i have tried working with this guideline:

Hi liron.g,

What is your current Jetpack version in use?  
Please run the following command on the board to check

```auto
$cat /etc/nv_tegra_release

```

Do you make sure that your board can access network?  
Or try to reboot the board first.

1. The board can access the internet
2. The there is no nv\_tegra\_release file

Is that the AGX Orin devkit?

If yes, I would suggest to re-flash the board with SDK manager.
