Hello,
I can’t complete my course due to being unable to launch the tasks
Course: Introduction to Transformer-Based Natural Language Processing
Error when I try to launch any task: Error. We encountered an error. Please try again.

Other details:
endpoint /check_task returns 400 with body {"error": "task_inactive"}
endpoint /start_task returns 403 with body {"error": "task_unavailable"}

It seems I’m blocked somehow from completing the course. Can you check, please?

The problem is that, due to high GPU-powered instance demand, we are not always able to allocate lab environments for our students. These courses in particular requires a very high-demand GPU, making it harder for us to allocate a lab environment.

This is a high priority issue for us to resolve, and we are actively working on a resolution as fast as we can.

Hello, it appears that the error message being displayed was incorrect. The issue was that you all have used up the amount of allotted lab time for the course you were attempting to launch. I’ve issued each of you additional lab time, so it should launch properly now.
