Same as Unable to launch "/usr/bin/startlxde" and Unable to launch “/usr/bin/startlxde”
But the solution given there can’t work for me, mouse and keyboard don’t work in such situation. I’m completely stuck, please help!
Thanks

Hi,
Not sure if you use latest Jetpack 4.6.5. Would suggest flash the Jetson Nano developer kit to latest version
Jetson Linux R32.7.5 | NVIDIA Developer
https://docs.nvidia.com/jetson/archives/l4t-archived/l4t-3275/index.html#page/Tegra%20Linux%20Driver%20Package%20Development%20Guide/quick_start.html#wwpID0E0JD0HA
And follow the guidance in:
https://jetsonhacks.com/2020/11/07/save-1gb-of-memory-use-lxde-on-your-jetson/
Thanks
But it seems a lot of work and I don’t have an Ubuntu host. Why isn’t an updated micro SD card image available? That would be much appreciated
What got crashed could be on the QSPI-NOR flash on the board. Only using above method to flash will update that part. Sdcard image won’t touch anything on that so won’t help.
No, flashing a new SD card solved the issue.
Everything started when I ran the infamous apt upgrade, after then 3 packages were in error and I removed them. Then at the first reboot I’ve got that screen and not even keyboard and mouse were working.
atp upgrade should be explicitly discouraged on Jetson Nano
