Unable to load Simple_Room asset from Synthetic Data dropdown in newest version 2021.2.0

With the newest version of issac Sim 2021.2.0 I’m unable to open the SyntheticData dropdown menu examples.

In the console only a warning appears:

Just to be clear, I have downloaded the Issac Assets and they are visible in Omniverse Nucleus.

Can you verify that you can open this asset from the Content panel in Isaac Sim?
omniverse://localhost/Isaac/Samples/DR/Stage/simple_room_sample.usd
