'unable to locate the kernel source' while installing NVIDIA Accelerated Graphics Driver for Linux-x86_64 384.81

This is the end of the logfile c.c:27:./include/drm/drm_crtc.h:899:5: note: declared hereint drm_crtc_i - Pastebin.com
I’m working with GCP Compute Engine, Ubuntu 16.04, Tesla K80, now kernel is 4.14.0-041400-generic, previously it was 4.13

I’ve tried all solutions I’ve found such as to install linux-headers/images, upgrade kernel, install linux-sources, blacklist nouveau etc. Except downgrading the kernel, cause it was about the case when the kernel was upgraded.
