Unable to locate the v4l2_ioctl and v4l2_ drivers

I am using JetPack 4.3 on Jetson AGX. I have the /usr/src/jetson_multimedia_api as required.

While following the instructions to ‘make’, I have errors relating to the l4vl2 linker option and the v4l2_xxxx() methods.

I am trying to locate the following:

l4vl2 linker option
v4l2_ioctl
v4l2_open
etc.

How can I obtain what I believe to be the v4L2 Device Drivers?

Did you make them on Xavier?
Please install all the necessary tools from the README.txt
