Similar to others. Similar issue. Have a few referrals that expired before I can apply due to this issue.

I can potentially see being duplicate is through gmail log in or potentially linkedin, but should all be with the same email.

The candidate account is associated with [megan8.chen********]. You can still click the link in your referral email, you willl just need to log in with the above email. You can then choose to update the email address to the gmail should you choose to do so.

I tried logging in as the first step of the remaining active referral link, and I get a pop up that states “You may have entered the wrong email address or password or your account might be locked.”
I also tried to retrieve my password to reset the account but was unsuccessful. It returns with error message “Failed to initiate password reset. Please contact administrator.”
