Unable to login to jupyter notebook via web browser

Hi

I have started course on jetson nano from nvidia deep learning institute.I followed all instructions from course ‘Getting Started with AI on Jetson Nano’. However I cannot connect to The JupyterLab Server from 192.168.55.1:8888. My browser always says this site can’t be reached. I tried with IE and Chrome but it still cannot work.

Can any one help to solve this?
