Unable to Open Course Slides in All NVIDIA DLI Self-Paced Courses

Hi NVIDIA Team,

Since yesterday afternoon, I’ve been unable to open the Course Slides in any of the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) self-paced courses.

The embedded viewer shows the following error:

Microsoft PowerPoint
“Sorry, we couldn’t open this presentation because we ran into a problem. Please try again.”

This was working fine yesterday morning, but the issue started occurring later in the day and persists across all courses.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any self-paced course — for example, Fundamentals of Accelerated Data Science.

2. Go to a module such as GPU-Accelerated Data Manipulation → Task 1: Hands On.

3. Click Course Slides.

4. The PowerPoint viewer displays the above error message.

This issue seems to be happening platform-wide, as it affects all courses tested.

Could you please check if there was a recent change to how slides are embedded or hosted in the DLI course environment?
