Refer to Figure 5-1 of the Jetson AGX Orin Design Guide and suggest to check the Power and System Pins as in Table 5-1. If using Power Button, then refer to Figure 5-2 for the Power On Sequence. Does your custom carrier board meet this power on sequence? Please share waveforms of these signals and Voltage rails. Please check carrier board is not affecting Strapping pins, refer to Chapter 19. Strapping Pins.
