Unable to receive SMS OTP for Vietnam phone numbers (+84) when creating build.nvidia.com account

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

Iā€™m unable to complete account verification on build.nvidia.com because the system does not send SMS OTP to my Vietnam phone number (+84).

I have tried multiple times and confirmed the phone number format is correct (+84 without leading 0), but no verification code is received.
It appears other users in Vietnam are experiencing the same issue as well.

Could you please help with one of the following:

  1. Check and fix SMS OTP delivery for Vietnam (+84), or
  2. Manually verify/activate my account so I can continue using build.nvidia.com.
