Unable to Start Lab environment for task: We encountered an error. Please try again

Hi, as already mentioned by other people here, I got the same error message for the online course Building RAG Agents with LLMs. The Lab environment loaded when I started the course yesterday, but now the error message pops out right away once I click on the start button. What should I do?

I have raised the request . In the below response email from the support team, its mentioned they have provided additional lab time but still I am not able to access my labs and complete the exercise on time. can you please allocate additional time and resource for completing Lab exercises?

This error is due to your lab time running out. You have been provided additional lab time. Please pause your instance when not in use to maximize the allotted time.

I have granted you eight more hours. In the future, you can avoid burning the usage limit by pressing the “Stop” button when you’ve finished with a module. If you need to save your progress, you can download the necessary files from the lab.
