Unable to verify account for build.nvidia.com API (Turkey not supported)

Hello,

I am currently unable to generate an API key from build.nvidia.com due to the phone verification requirement.

Unfortunately, Turkey (+90) is not listed among the supported countries, which blocks me from completing the process.

I would like to kindly request manual verification or any alternative way to activate API access.

I am working on academic machine learning research and would like to use NVIDIA services in my project.

If any additional information is required, I would be happy to provide it.
