# Unable to Verify Account to get API Access - Missing Pakistan (+92) Country Code

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to generate an API key on [build.nvidia.com](http://build.nvidia.com) to access NIM microservices for my personal development/learning project. However, I am unable to complete the phone verification step.

**Issue details:**

- **Country:** Pakistan

- **Country Code:** The country code +92 is not available in the SMS verification dropdown list.

- **Impact:** Because of this, I cannot proceed with verification to generate my API key.

**My account information:**

- **Registered email:** [**[a9467764@gmail.com](mailto:a9467764@gmail.com)**]

Could you please manually verify my account or whitelist my email so that I can generate the API key? I am happy to provide any additional information if needed.

i am also trying, and facing same issue, they even have Palastine in the list but not Pakistan (racists)
