# Unable to verify in NVIDIA NIM for API access

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to verify my phone number to get API access on [build.nvidia.com](http://build.nvidia.com/) (NVIDIA NIM). However, when I input my `+91` phone number, I immediately receive the following error message:

_“This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”_

I’m trying to enter other phone numbers but its still showing the same. Could you please help manually review my account or reset the limit for my phone number so I can proceed?
