Hi, same issue. Unable to send OTP to any mobile number for verification. After country selection phone number input is not updating. Always showing US phone number prefix. But even unique US number is always showing “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”.

I recently purchased the NVIDIA DGX Spark and I am eager to begin development using the NVIDIA API. However, when attempting to generate an API key, I am required to verify my phone number via SMS (OTP). Unfortunately, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is not listed as an available location in the verification form
same issue (+86 phone).

During the verification process via phone otp:
I tried 3 separate numbers, at first I was getting:
”The phone number you provided is invalid, please try again.”
Then, it switched to:
”This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”
Two of the phone numbers are personal US cellphone numbers, never used in relation to any Nvidia accounts, and the third one I tried was a google voice number that I just generated.
I’m not sure what the issue is, but any guidance would be appreciated.

I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com but your security system has decided I am a threat to society before I even finished typing my digits.
Every time I attempt to verify my phone, I get the error: “This phone number has exceeded limits.” This is happening on my very first attempt. I haven’t received a single SMS and I definitely haven’t exceeded anything except my own patience.

It seems like your bot-filter is hitting legitimate developers way harder than a 4090 hits a power bill. My request is getting throttled before I even hit the first layer of your neural network.
I’m currently stuck in an infinite loop of rejection and my latency for starting this project is reaching critical levels. I am a real human with a real phone and a real need for this API. Can a human or a high-functioning AI please whitelist my account so I can stop staring at this error message and actually start building something?
