I am writing to request a manual account verification and provisioning for NVIDIA NIM API access.

I recently registered for the service, but my account has been restricted. I am currently unable to generate any API keys due to a permission error, and I see the following error messages on my dashboard:

I have already submitted a product request via email but am reaching out here to expedite the process, as I need to test the hosted NIM APIs for my research as soon as possible.

I cannot verify my account to generate an API key. I’m living in Turkey, and my country code is not listed to enter my phone number. Can you please help?

I get the following banner at the top of all NVIDIA NIM pages:

When I click the ‘Verify’ button, and provide my phone number, I do not recieve any SMS message containing a verification code.

Hello, i’m having the same issue as well. I was able to create an account just fine, but when i try to verify it i can’t get an error telling me i should contact support. I have done so, but haven’t received a response yet (not even confirming they received the email).

Can you help me? Are there other channels available for verification. Would be happy to provide account details.
