Hello, I am trying to register the NVIDIA audio2face-3d Nim API key, but the country/region in the “verify” dialog box does not have mainland China, so SMS authentication is not applicable to my mainland China phone number (+86), and I cannot receive the authentication code, so I cannot perform one-time password authentication.
Can you help me or provide other verification methods?
Hi @920862844,
We are working with our verification partner to enable OTP Verification in China. Thanks for your patience.

Hi all, It seems like we have had a flurry of users unable to verify over the past couple of days. We will look into this on our end - I’ll update when I have more information.
Best,
Sophie
Hello, I am inquiring because South Korea is missing from the list of countries that can be certified.
I have already sent an email regarding this matter, but I have not received any response or update regarding the country, so I am leaving a message here.
If I understand correctly, does this mean that phone number authentication will be replaced by OTP authentication?
Hi @backryun,
Once we are able to enable users in South Korea, you’ll be able to fill out your phone number in the form that you shared in your screenshot above. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your phone. This is the verification process.
Best,
Sophie
Thank you for your kind reply.
