Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I’m trying to verify my NVIDIA Developer account on build.nvidia.com to generate and use an NVIDIA NIM API key, but I’m unable to complete the phone verification step.
I’m using a Vietnam (+84) phone number. However, I either do not receive the OTP SMS at all, or after several attempts I receive an error message saying that my phone number has exceeded the allowed verification limits.
I have already tried the following:
- Requesting the verification code multiple times and waiting between attempts
- Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Checking that my phone number was entered correctly
- Trying again at a later time
- Making sure my phone can receive SMS normally
Could you please help manually verify my account or reset the phone verification limit so I can access NVIDIA NIM APIs?
