Unable to view software downloads in licensing portal

I set up an evaluation on Friday (2026/03/13) and received my evaluation entitlement certificate the same day. However, when I go to the software downloads section of the Nvidia Licensing Portal, I get the following error message:

Your account is currently under review. You do not have access to software downloads at this time. Please check again in 24 hours and contact NVIDIA Customer Support if you still see this error (1004).

It’s been 3 days now, and I’ve continued to receive this error message and I’m unable to download the software associated with my evaluation entitlement certificate.

I attempted to open a support ticket like the error message suggests, but they closed the tickets without resolution, and sent me here.

Can anyone help?
