I installed Omniverse to my local dev workstation with the intent of evaluating Isaac Sim. I’m done with the evaluation, and would like to completely remove Omniverse from my workstation. However, I have been unable to locate documentation explaining how to do this. I’m running Ubuntu Linux 18.04, Cinnamon desktop.
Any advice is greatly appreciated,
Rick
P.S. some observations:
The binary AppImage silently installed the Omniverse Launcher in such a way that it pops up on my desktop at startup, and sits in my System Tray. That’s really obnoxious (the “silent” part).
The System Tray interface provides a checkbox that supposedly lets me turn of the auto-startup thing, but it doesn’t work. At login, I’m still confronted with a giant Omniverse Launcher window.
