Unstable NVIDIA Sync

I would have thought NVIDIA would bring out more stable technologies than NVIDIA Sync. I have DGX Spark on my LAN and having being trying to access it using NVIDIA Sync. I get a connection error on my office PC, my Linux machine gives a GLIBC_2.32 runtime error (but no install errors) and on my other PC it works for a while then I get a daemon error and have to reboot the machine to get the utility to work again.

I have no problem making a connection using SSH on port 11000.

Concentrating on the first problem, why do i get a connection error “the target machine actively refused it” when on “Let’s get started” I enter exactly the same IP, Port, username and password as I used for SSH access?

Secondly is there a way of clearing the daemon error without a reboot - I tried killing off all NVIDIA processes, but that didn’t work.

Thirdly, any quick fixes for the GLIBC_2.32 error?

The active refusal may occur due to an issue when creating and sharing the SSH key. Could you share the nvsync.log?
