Update errors related to "l4t-kernel" on Orin NX

I’m trying to bring up a new system to evaluate 3D cameras but keep getting the below errors that are preventing installation of the camera SDKs.

Errors were encountered while processing:
nvidia-l4t-kernel
nvidia-l4t-kernel-headers
nvidia-l4t-display-kernel
nvidia-l4t-kernel-dtbs

For reference below are some of the configs/collaterals for my system:

OrinNX 16GB (reComputer Industrial J4012)

JetpPack 5.1.3

Python 3.8.10

CUDA 11.4.315

OpenCV 4.5.4

cv2 4.13.0

ultralytics 8.4.36

pytorch 2.4.1

Any insights on how to eliminate the kernel issues would be appreciated
