I am unable to add “enable_qat” argument to the "Training Config Component in the spec fie…
If I do so I am getting an error which says …

Message type “TrainingConfig” has no field named “enable_qat”.
any help would be appreciated.

Which tlt/tao version did you use?
Can you run below to check?
$ tlt info --verbose
or
$ tao info --verbose
