Updating NX Pinmux Fails

Hi,
I used the pinmux configuration table to extract dtsi files for padvoltage, gpio and pinmux.
When I try to convert it to a config file using the following command:
python pinmux-dts2cfg.py --pinmux addr_info.txt gpio_addr_info.txt por_val.txt --mandatory_pinmux_file mandatory_pinmux.txt tegra19x-jetson_xavier_nx_module-pinmux.dtsi tegra19x-jetson_xavier_nx_module-gpio-default.dtsi 1.06 > galen.cfg

I get this error:

Do you know how to fix this? The only thing I changed is a single pin (GPIO09) from SFIO to GPIO.

may I have more details,
for example, which JetPack release you’re working with, which Pinmux release version you’re used for customization?

Hi Jerry,

We are using JetPack 32.5 for Jetson NX and Pinmux v1.06. I only modified GPIO09 and my host computer uses Ubuntu 18.04.

The “–mandatory_pinmux_file” is optional, you can try without this:

python pinmux-dts2cfg.py --pinmux addr_info.txt gpio_addr_info.txt por_val.txt tegra19x-jetson_xavier_nx_module-pinmux.dtsi tegra19x-jetson_xavier_nx_module-gpio-default.dtsi 1.06 > galen.cfg

Same is mentioned in the README file:
–mandatory_pinmux_file MANDATORY_PINMUX_FILE_NAME is optional pinmux values info file
