I am using a China (+86) 13632472216number and it shows “This phone number has exceeded limits” on my VERY FIRST attempt. No SMS was received. Account Email: [你的注册邮箱] Phone Number: +86 [你的手机号] Region: China Could you please manually whitelist my account so I can complete the registration? Thank you!
