URGENT: NIM API Phone Verification Broken ("Exceeded limits") - No Support Response for Over a Week

Hi NVIDIA Community Moderators,
I am completely blocked from accessing the NIM API due to the well-known phone verification bug, and my email to official support has been ignored for over a week.
I encountered the “This phone number has exceeded limits” and “Too many requests” errors on build.nvidia.com. I never received a single SMS code and did not spam the request button.
I sent a detailed email with screenshots to help@build.nvidia.com.
It has been more than a week, and I have received absolutely no response or ticket update.
This verification loop is severely delaying my development progress. Could a moderator please escalate this or manually whitelist my new live.com account so I can bypass this broken SMS gateway?
I am happy to provide my full phone number and details via DM if needed.

I tried verifying my account in late February with one email but failed. A few days ago, I tried again with a new email, still no success. Sorry for not mentioning my previous email earlier.
This verification is important for my current project. Hope this can be resolved soon. Thanks!
