Dear NVIDIA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with the phone number verification process on the NVIDIA NIM platform (build.nvidia.com). I am encountering a “This phone number has exceeded limits” error, which prevents me from completing the verification required to generate an API key.

Account Information:

  • NVIDIA Account Email: 260229279@qq.com

  • Phone Number Attempted: +86 15221758637

  • Location Selected: China (+86)

Issue Details:

  1. When attempting to verify my phone number, the system displays the error message: “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”

  2. I have tried using multiple different phone numbers from different carriers, but the same error persists.

  3. I have waited for several hours and even days between attempts, but the restriction remains in place.

  4. I have followed the recommended procedure: manually entering +86 followed by my 11-digit phone number, then selecting “China (+86)” from the location dropdown.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Performed:

  • Tried multiple different phone numbers from different carriers.

  • Waited for extended periods (hours to days) between attempts.

  • Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data networks.

  • Used incognito/private browsing mode and different browsers (Chrome, Edge).
