Hi NVIDIA team and moderators,
I am unable to complete SMS phone verification on build.nvidia.com
to generate an API key. The system shows “We sent a one-time password
to the phone number you provided”, but no SMS is ever delivered to
my phone.
Account details:
- Registered email: thaianhtuan.nuskin@gmail.com
- Country: Vietnam (+84)
- Mobile carrier: Viettel
- Phone number format tried: +84xxxxxxxxx
Steps already taken:
- Waited 90+ seconds and clicked “Request New Code” multiple times
(within the 2 requests/minute limit) - Tried Chrome, Edge, and Incognito mode
- Confirmed phone has signal, SMS inbox is not full, and no carrier-level
blocking on short codes - Verified the same phone successfully receives OTPs from other
international services (Google, banking, etc.)
Could a moderator or the accounts team please manually verify my
account and activate API key access? I’m a developer building an
e-commerce automation project and would really appreciate the help.
