Hi NVIDIA Admin / Moderator Team,
Our startup, Decoded Media (India), was officially approved for the NVIDIA Inception Program on July 21st, 2026.
We are currently trying to submit our application for the AWS Activate Portfolio tier credits. However, the system requires our unique Provider Organization ID (Org ID), which was not included in our welcome letter, and we cannot find it anywhere in our profile dashboard panels.
We sent an email request to inceptionprogram@nvidia.com over a week ago but have not received a reply, and our cloud infrastructure deployment is completely stuck.
Could an internal admin please look up our account configuration and safely share or dispatch our numeric Org ID to our registered email: amit@thedecoded.media
