USB 2.0 , 3.0 read write speed test

I’ve been following the chat mentioned here :

Q1. According to the existing setup with and without applying the above change I see same behaviour :

  1. The Clock is set rightly to 204Mhz :

usb2.0 :
write= 21.9MB/s
read= 36.6 MB/s

usb-3.0:
write = 11.2 MB/s
read = 102 MB/s

Q2. Is this the maximum speed of R/W over USB2.0/3.0 supported ?
