USB A Cameras drop connection

Jetson AGX XAVIER
Connected to qty.2 ELB cameras USB A
Cameras connected to a USB C to USB A convertor
Then Cameras plugged into the 2 C ports on the Jetson.
Cameras will be connected nicely for a few part runs, and then will drop off and no longer be connected which required a reboot of Jetson.
please help with solution ?

Hi,
Please use latest software release Jetpack 4.6.5 or 5.1.4. certain issues may be known in previous versions and are fixed in later version.

If the issue is present, please check if there is error prints in dmesg. May attach dmesg for reference.
