I have custom carrier board in which I have USB hub TUSB8041 connected to FTDI Chip DT4232 Chip . I can load ftdi drivers, Hub are recognised in lsusb as shown in the image. But not TTYUSB is exposed or detected . my /sys/class/usb/ shows these

Are you talking about even FTDI device is not listed in the lsusb?
Yes … FTDI device is connected to TUSB8041 hub
Are you able to try other kind of usb device and see if they could be detected on that hub?

I am not asking you about anything related to that FTDI. I am asking if you could use other kind of usb device to test. For exmaple, just a simple usb mouse or keyboard.
If even such simple device like mouse/keyboard cannot be detected, then you need to share the scheamtic/dmesg/device tree to review.
Is that test possible or not?
