USB ports NOT WORKING

The USB ports on my jetson nano are not working…
I was wondering if this issue was ever addressed or solved and if so may I please get the solution,

I was using the jetson nano a while back and everything was working beautifully, WiFi connecting strong, doing object detection like a master, and then one day out of nowhere USBs not working. So I decided to do a google search and see if it ever happens and VOILA

I’m not the only one. I read through the whole forum but no answer to the problem. I mean this is by far the best single-board computer I’ve had (don’t know if it still counts as single-board though). Please help…

thanks for the reply. I removed the Intel 8265NGW (wireless card) and flashed a new OS and it seems to be working fine again (for now), I connected the wireless card again after and the USB ports stopped working again so I had to totally remove it. I’m using a USB modem instead.
