Nvidia Jetson AGX Orin SoC datasheet specifies that there are 4*ports for USB 3.2 Gen2:
But in the design guideline, only 3 ports are mentioned.
How many ports are actually supported by AGX Orin and how are these USB ports configured with each other?

Yes that is correct. As per the first line, there are 3xUSB3.2 Gen2 ports. But can you please help to clarify that how the two USB hubs consist of Ports 0/1 and 2/3? There is no mention of these 4 ports anywhere else so we are not able to understand that statement.
There is no 4 port. Just 3 ports.
The rest one has no pin out on Orin AGX.
