USB power before boot-up on Xavier NX

Hi All!
I need to supply power to the USB ports before boot-up (i.e. as soon as the board itself receives power). Is there a simple way to do this ?

I work with csi-2 cameras on Xavier NX and they need to receive extra power from an USB source. They also need to be powered up before loading the kernel otherwise they are not recognized…

It needs a custom board. On devkit, the VBUS is controlled by USB hub.
