Usb problem after update JetPack4.3

We use TX2i devices in embedded environment.
We installed and used successfully the JetPack4.2.3 (L4T 32.2.1] version, but
we would like to update nowadays the newest version JetPack 4.5 ( [L4T 32.5) and we have come up against a problem.
The usb devices are not recognized any more, lsusb no list anything.
During the boot process the usb is failed: “tegra-xusb-padctl 3520000.xusb_padctl: failed to setup XUSB ports: -517”.
We have found that the JetPack 4.3 (L4T 32.3.1] version shows the same symptoms.
Could you please send me some information how can be solve this problem!

Unless your carrier board is the same as the dev kit, then it is very likely you need a device tree edit for that board. The TX2i probably needs its own device tree edits as well (versus the non-“i” TX2). I don’t know what those edits are, but for someone to answer you’ll probably need to state more information about the specific carrier board and how the TX2i was flashed…both the original R32.2.1 version and the newer R32.5 version (e.g., steps taken to flash, including custom device tree edits).
