I modified /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf first then rebooted the system. The problem has solved after rebooting. I don’t understand why this method is working, but it is cool and there is no problem anyway. Thank you for your help.
Could you just give the L4T version you are using ?
head -1 /etc/nv_tegra_release
@Honey_Patouceul: Here is the L4T version. I checked newest version at April.

As it was more than one year ago, I was expecting this to have been fixed since then, but it looks it’s still there.
Maybe someone with a USB analyzer could get the differences (with or without usb autosuspend at boot time) and figure it out ?
