USB Superspeed P and N are swapped

Hi Team
We mistakenly swapped P and N pair of the USB superspeed signal
ie following are connections
Pin No Net name
168 USBSSTX_N
166 USBSSTX_P

163 USBSSRX_N
161 USBSSRX_P

ie P and N are swapped will this work ? if it is what are modification we need to do in software ?

There is no software method here. You have to fix it from hw design.
