# USB timeout by flashing Orin NX 8GB

Hello there,

I try to flash the Orin NX 8GB with the Auvidea JNX42 and every time I have the error, it might be a timeout in USB. I tried with Linux 18.04 and 20.4 (different Computers), with Jetpack 5.1.2 and 5.1.3, with different Cable and I disabled autosuspend. The Problem is still there. I tried with the NVIDIA SDK Manager and have the same error. I upload the log from the Terminal with the error.  
May somebody help me?

You need to ask the vendor since this is a custom board.  
Default BSP from SDK Manager won’t work.

For all people who have the same problem, please check your power connection. Simply increasing the current solved the problem for me. 3A at 12V wasn’t enough, but 5A at 12V just is working.
