USB Version recognization

Hello,

We are testing our custom board for Xavier NX.
And we designed Realtek usb hub chip same as dev kit.

We equip USB-3.0 device but it wis recognized as USB-2.0.
Could we select device version by edit flash memory data??
Where we get the information and reference data for flash memory?

Or is there any other solution to fix usb version recognization?

Hi,
It looks to be an issue in signal quality. For custom board, please do compliance test to adjust the signals. The default setting is for Xavier NX developer kit. We have the guidance for USB roothub. There is an embedded hub on the board so please contact the hub vendor for help.
