USB0 port gets unavailable all of a sudden

Greetings NVIDIA Forum Members,

I am currently experiencing a hardware issue with my NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit.

The problem we are facing is that while using the PTZ camera, i send the Pelco-d commands through USB0 it is successful but then all of a sudden our connection with USB0 ends and we cant connect back to it, upon rebooting the USB0 disappears and then we have to manually disconnect and connect to restore functionality.

Here are the details of our setup:
NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit
Package: nvidia-jetpack
Source: nvidia-jetpack (6.0)
Version: 6.0+b87
Architecture: arm64

I would appreciate any insights or solutions that can be provided to resolve this issue.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,
Please apply the patch and rebuild/replace kernel image for a try:

Jetson/L4T/r36.3.x patches - eLinux.org
[USB3]Why 36.3.0 constantly report “VIN_SYS_5V0: Underflow of regulator enable count” when USB-C is connected?

For building kernel manually, please check:
