USB3.0 Compliance Testing With TX2 failed

I use devmem2 to set CTE=1 in PORTSC by writing Ah to XUSB_XHCI_OP_PORTSC[8:5],as follow show,any questions?

Not sure why it failed on devkit, as you can see in the topic (USB3.0 Compliance Testing With TX2) , it should work on devkit at least. If necessary you can send the devkit for RMA. For custom design, the Type A port has no hub in your design, so it should be able to enter compliance mode directly following the guide.

Did you check the USB power supply on the port of devkit board during setting? It should not be powered off during test.
