USD Composer cache issues causing crazy printing

rOmniverse USD Composer is experiencing printing errors and the app interface is becoming very laggy, which seems to be a cache issue. How can we solve this problem?

I guess it may be related to me deleting files in the cache \ texturecache folder without authorization, so I used the cache management page to clear the Texture Cache.
Now everything is fine and the problem has been solved.
