Usd composer fail to load sphereinverselow.usd

Hi all,
I am experiencing this problem that it cannot loading sphereinverseLow.usd. is it my internet connection problem or caused by other issue?

Can you send us that usd file please. Is it just this one file ? It may be corrupt or badly formed.
