I have USD Composer 2023.2.5 installed and it can’t launch. I disabled the windows firewall, tried installing and reinstalling the tool, but I was unsuccessful.
Yes I can see your log is full of the same connection error. Your network, computer, or internet provider is blocking all calls to our services. It is actively refusing the connection. Are you working on a personal computer at home or one at an office on an Enterprise network? Either way you cannot talk to our servers or services. You say you have disabled your windows firewall. What else do you have installed? Other firewalls, anti-virus software, network traffic blockers, proxy servers?
Where are you located in the world? Are you trying to use Launcher with a VPN?
