USDView fails to launch if path contains spaces

Issue:

• usdview-0.22.8 fails to launch from Launcher
• usdview_gui.bat reports issues with paths containing spaces.
• I have my apps pointing to:
  D:\Program Files\Omniverse\pkg
• When I attempt to launch USDView from the Launcher it starts to Launch and nothing happens.
  
• The launcher.log reports no errors.
• Running the usdview_gui.bat from PowerShell errors.
  
  

Workaround:

• In a test moving the usdview-0.22.8 directory to a folder without spaces and running usdview_gui.bat opens as expected.

Let me know if there are any tests I can run with edits to usdview_gui.bat,
