Using 3ds Max and Audio2Face

Hi I can’t find a way to export a head with morph/blend shapes from 3ds Max to Audio2Face.

I’ve tried fbx and usd - the files both contain the blend shapes - but Audio2Face only shows the mesh if I drag and drop it in. I’m about to try the connector but our animation team have already tried it and had no luck with it.
