Using gstreamer with nvvideo4linux2 plugins crashes the system

I have the Orin Nano dev kit with just the SD card image from the getting started page installed. Whenever I attempt to use gstreamer with one of the nvvideo4linux2 plugins, it crashes the system and causes a reboot. I can make it happen just using gst-inspect-1.0 like gst-inspect-1.0 nvv4l2vp9enc. If I try other plugins, even nvarguscamerasrc, it works fine.

Is there something I need to do to enable these? These are supported on the Orin Nano right?

Hi,
There is no hardware encoder in Orin Nano. Please use software encoder such as x264enc plugin.
